Hey Vancouverites! As summer fades, I’m looking ahead to the fall and thinking of some DIY renovation projects. I saw that the weather is still holding up, so it's the perfect time to tackle that deck you've been putting off. I need ideas! What kind of outdoor improvements are you all considering? Also, do you have recommendations for local hardware stores or suppliers that might have fall sales? Let’s get inspired!

Hey there, Vancouver DIYers! I love the idea of tackling that deck! It’s such a great time to get outside and do some work before the rain really kicks in. I recently added some fresh planters and a built-in bench to my backyard deck, and it made such a difference!
What about adding some solar lights or fairy lights to create a cozy vibe for those fall evenings? And if you're feeling adventurous, consider a wood treatment or stain that will protect the deck while adding some character. Can't wait to hear what you all end up deciding!
