Best affordable waterproof flooring for Toronto basement?

Hey all, I’m renovating my basement in Toronto and want a waterproof flooring option that won’t break the bank. I was thinking vinyl plank but not sure about quality differences. Anyone know a brand or product under CAD 3.50/sqft that holds up well? Thanks!

I used LifeProof vinyl planks from Home Depot, about CAD 3.30/sqft. Totally waterproof and super durable, plus easy to install.

Watch out for really cheap options, they can warp in our humid summers. I’d personally spend a bit more for quality.
