Hey fellow Ottawa gardeners! As the leaves start to fall, I'm all about getting cozy with my garden prep. Yes, garlic is definitely a top pick for planting now! I also love throwing in some tulip bulbs for that early spring pop of color.
A tip I swear by: after planting, cover those bulbs with a bit of mulch to protect them from the frost. And don’t forget to take care of your garden tools; give them a good clean and oil to keep them in shape for next year! What varieties of garlic are you all planting? Let’s trade stories and experiences!
