Best budget robot vacuum for pet hair in Toronto apartments?

Hey all, I live in a 700 sq ft apartment in downtown Toronto and have two cats shedding like crazy. My old Roomba is dying, and I’m looking for a new robot vacuum under $400 CAD that handles pet hair well and navigates small spaces without getting stuck. I’ve seen a few on Amazon and Costco but unsure which one is worth it. Any recommendations or experiences?

I got the Eufy RoboVac 15C for about $350 at Costco last winter, and it’s pretty solid with pet hair. Small and slim too, fits under furniture easily.

Have you tried the Roborock E4? It’s a bit over $400 sometimes but excellent for pet hair and has great navigation.

Does your place have a lot of rugs? Some robot vacuums struggle with thick ones.
