Best Synthetic Oil Brand for Winter in Edmonton?

Planning to do an oil change this weekend on my 2015 F-150. I usually stick with synthetic but wonder if anyone has recommendations for brands that hold up well in cold Alberta winters? I’ve been seeing Valvoline, Castrol, and Mobil 1 around Costco here. Price is a factor too, around CAD 50-60 for 5L.

Mobil 1 is solid, but a bit pricey. Valvoline is good and often cheaper at Canadian Tire.

Castrol Edge also works great in cold, but check the viscosity rating - go for 0W-20 or 0W-30 for your truck.

Make sure to replace the oil filter at the same time. OEM or Fram are good budget options.
