I noticed some water damage and a slight puddle forming under my bathroom sink cabinet in Quebec City. Not sure if it’s a leak from the faucet, drain pipe, or just condensation. The cabinet is about 10 years old and has had some humidity issues. How do I best diagnose without tearing everything apart? Any advice on cheap leak detection or moisture meters available locally?
