Winter Tire Storage Tips? Got Limited Space in My Montreal Condo

Hey all, I live in a small condo in Montreal and the building doesn't offer tire storage. I have a set of winter tires on rims but zero space in my unit or parking spot. Any clever ideas for storing them safely through summer? Also, do I need to cover them or just keep them in the dark?

I store mine in heavy-duty plastic bags and stack them in a dark closet.

Avoid stacking tires sideways without rims; with rims it’s okay and better for space.
