Hey there! Just a thought, but have you considered the long-term costs of each flooring option? Hardwood can look great, but it often needs refinishing and can be prone to scratches, especially with kids. Laminate might be cheaper upfront, but it can warp in humid conditions, which can be a concern with rainy days in Boston. Plus, if it gets damaged, your repair options are limited since it usually can’t be refinished. It might be worth budgeting for potential repairs down the line before making a choice!
