Fridge suddenly not cooling, BC winter temps but heating still works

Hey folks, I live in Kamloops and my fridge stopped cooling properly overnight. The compressor sounds normal, and the light is on, but food is warming up. The freezer is still cold. I checked the vents and they’re not blocked. It’s a basic Whirlpool from 2015. Any ideas before I call a repair guy? Thanks!

Could be the evaporator fan not running. If freezer’s cold but fridge isn’t, that’s usually it.

Did you try unplugging it for a few minutes? Sometimes the board needs a reset.

Might be a defrost issue. Check if there’s ice buildup inside the freezer coils.
