Wall mounting a Sonos Arc and need advice on speaker placement

Just got a Sonos Arc for my condo in Toronto. Mounting above the TV but not sure about rear or surrounds placement. Room is 12x15 ft, hardwood floors, open kitchen on one side. Should I position surrounds behind the couch or on side walls? Also, any cable management tips? Thanks!

Side walls are better for surrounds if behind the couch is too far back. Enhances immersion a lot.

I ran my cables through baseboards and used cable raceways. Makes the setup much cleaner.

Toronto condo? I’d also check building rules about drilling into walls before mounting.
