Hey folks, live in Ottawa and after the last heavy rainstorm, noticed a leak in my roof near the chimney. It looks like a few shingles might be loose or damaged. I’m not super experienced with roofing stuff—any quick DIY fixes before I get a pro in? Worried about it getting worse if the rain comes again soon. Thanks!

You could try some roofing sealant or tar as a temporary fix. Just make sure the area is dry before applying.
