Suggestions for energy efficient roof vents compatible with attic fan

Planning to install energy-efficient roof vents in my Halifax home to improve attic airflow. Currently have an attic fan that runs in summer but vents are old and leaking. Any recommendations for models that reduce drafts in winter and work well with electric fans?

Look for insulated roof vents, I installed ones from Home Hardware and saw big improvement.

Make sure vents have good weatherproof seals to keep moisture out during rains and snow.

Some newer models have built-in dampers which close when fan is off, helps with drafts.
