Hey Vancouver gardeners! As a fellow gardening addict, I can totally relate to the seasonal shift. For fall prep, I always make sure to plant some tulip and daffodil bulbs. They give such a lovely surprise when spring rolls around! Also, don’t forget about mulching. It not only keeps your soil warm but also helps with moisture retention. Oh, and if you have any potted plants, consider bringing them indoors or covering them to protect from the chill. What’s your go-to fall crop? I love growing kale this time of year!

Hey fellow Vancouver gardeners! Fall is such a magical time in the garden, isn’t it? I usually start by clearing out any dead plants and giving my flower beds a little TLC. One of my favorite things to do is plant some spring bulbs now—tulips and daffodils always brighten up the garden after winter! Also, I like to add a thick layer of mulch to keep the soil protected and retain moisture. As for those pesky pests, I’ve had luck using diatomaceous earth to keep things in check without harsh chemicals. What about you guys? Any favorite fall plants or creative ideas to share?
