Hey there! I love this topic! It's so exciting to hear about the gardening buzz in Montreal! I’ve also been getting my hands dirty here in Winnipeg. Just planted some heirloom tomatoes and I've got a couple of pots of basil and parsley going too. They smell amazing already!
For keeping plants healthy, I swear by companion planting—like putting marigolds near your tomatoes to ward off pests. And always remember to check the soil moisture before watering; it’s easy to overdo it when the weather’s nice.
What varieties of tomatoes are you growing? Any tips on those peppers? Also, I can't wait to hear about that neighbor's herb garden—maybe they could share some recipes!
